Volume 5 and Volume 6 lead together to level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference and prepare specifically for the Zertifikat Deutsch exam. Volume 6 contains repetition exercises and a model test for the Zertifikat Deutsch. The course book with integrated workbook also contains an audio CD for the workbook part, so that learners can work on listening comprehension and phonetics exercises independently at home. The CD also contains interactive repetition exercises for the PC for all lessons. In Volumes 5 and 6, new protagonists appear in the photo-audio story who convey everyday and job-related topics such as health, entertainment, and looking for a home and job in an exciting way.

Desweiteren enthält die CD interaktive Wiederholungsübungen für den PC zu allen Lektionen. In Band 5 und 6 treten in der Foto-Hörgeschichte neue Protagonisten auf, die auf spannende Weise alltags- und berufsrelevante Themen wie Gesundheit, Unterhaltung, Wohnungs- und Arbeitssuche vermitteln.
